What is the project about?
Project is aimed to provide support for flood restoration projects and flood risk
management in the district of Mačva.
Project activities
The purpose of the role of the engineer is to supervise the contractor "Emergency works on the reconstruction of the flood protection system - Mačva", which are defined by the project boundaries:
The service will include monitoring of construction site work to ensure that the project complies with the Client's requirements according to the stated design criteria and that the works are carried out in accordance with the Technical Specifications. The Engineer will operate in accordance with the work program required to be established by the Contractor and which must be approved by the Supervisor.
Project phases
The services provided by the Surveillance can be divided
into four main phases:
• Initial phase,
• Project implementation phase,
• Activities during the Guarantee Period (DNP) and
• Activities after DNP.

- The service includes the following elements: supervision of the execution of works with all relevant rights and responsibilities, technical assistance to the EU Delegation and Public Water Company Srbijavode on technical supervision and quality assurance in connection with the contract for the execution of works, issuance of a handover certificate and a certificate of completed construction works and monitoring of completed works during the warranty period.
